What onboarding covers

Onboarding is done together with the Tripdocks team and covers three things:

• Importing your existing client list so your traveller history is in place from day one.
• Connecting WhatsApp so enquiries can flow into your queue.
• Building your first quote together, so you finish onboarding with something real rather than a sandbox.
